“Ordered at lunchtime and the timer said order within the next 2 hours for next day delivery. Paid for Royal Mail 1st class delivery, it wasn't even posted until the following day. Bearing arrived as expected, but dispatch was poor.”

“Won't buy again supplied products with grub screws I can't use due to size being so small. Tried getting a allen key to fit without success. Im currently house bound hence purchasing online smallest allen key I could find was 1.5 mm and not small enough Total waste of money”

“Very disappointed. I have been a customer, small orders for over 8 years. i still have NOT received my 2 timing pulleys, they are stuck in customs, and I will have to pay the duty and also the freight costs from the duty house to my village, where i will have to collect from my post office. You wanted Brexit, you unfortunately have lost a customer. I am having to reorder my pulleys from Germany, and will receive on Thursday by DHL. Will you take back the pulleys and give me a full refund. Again, you wanted the UK to be an island, no you have got it, but one of the reasons you dropped out of the EU was to stop the illegals coming into the UK, well that has got worse. Again, so very sad, 60 M people live in the UK, 32 M are working and paying taxes, that leaves 28 M on social benefits of some kind or other. Well done John Lindo Aledo 30859 Spain”
