“I have purchased bearings several times, the website is easy to use, prices are good and delivery has been timely, so generally very happy with the process. However, on every order, the invoice has not been emailed and I have had to phone and request a copy.”

“Good product, good price. Excellent transaction except no immediate email confirmation of purchase. Neither was there a date on which to expect delivery. We did learn a little later that the item had been shipped, but again no date of expected delivery. That said, the shipment arrived reasonably quickly. It would be so easy to improve the information sent out.”

“I did find the necessary parts I wanted but with an amount of difficulty because the item sizes were not always shown in the listings which I thought was a little confusing.But after saying that the order worked and arrived in a few days all correct.”
