Their website said I could alter the delivery day, suggested on the website, but this was not possible despite hours of trying, System did not work. No humans to talk to to, just 2 sorts of robots, the second of whom refused to talk to me as I was not an 'Account holder'. Just a customer awaiting a parcel. Review to FedEx not responded to. Attitude was cavalier and insulting.”
