There is one thing which is not so very good: one shoulder of the pullover is about 1,5 cm wider than the other. My mother saw it directly y. But I don’t want to send it back, because that would be not so good for the environment.”
“Unfortunately only one star at the moment. I ordered a knitted troyer on 19/11/2024, which was delivered to me on 09/12. Unfortunately, the troyer was faulty. To report the defect, I had to contact the company via Instagram as my emails could not be delivered due to a server problem.
After consultation, I sent the troyer back for exchange (delivery approx. 18 Dec.) Since then, I have not received a confirmation of receipt, a new troyer or a refund from the company despite asking.
Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with customer service.”

“Sweater ordered on 17/12/24 to arrive on time for Christmas. I live in NI, so order was FedExed. It arrived on 30 December, too late to gift. Aran Sweater itself is a beautiful item, exactly like the photo. Very pleased with the item, but not with the delivery. Is it Brexit? Item was sent to a central distribution hub in Britain, stuck there for over a week, before being shipped back to NI. Makes no sense. Wouldn’t put me off buying again, but customers should be warned that shipping estimate might not be accurate”
