“Nice warm cardigan. Somewhat heavy but well wearable. One thing I did not like so much is the rather careless sewing together of the parts at the collar. Not only is the mistake visible but it could become a breaking point on the long run. Some touch-up will be necessary to prevent damage.”

“I ordered a sweater as a Christmas gift and it went through as an order. A few weeks later I noticed a credit from them on my card so I went and looked through my emails and it showed I had cancelled my order and they were sending me a credit. I did not cancel or in any way reach out and contact them about this order which could have been seen and me canceling the order. Obviously I did not have time to reorder for Christmas. It was a total bummer.”
