“Lovely jumper, bit concerned judging sizing as £25 if I needed to return it. Delivery to North Wales went via Paris, 10days?? These were issues that I would take into account if considering purchasing again.”
“I can't fault the quality of the products. Sizing was an issue for me. Iam a 12 so ordered the medium which said was 12/14, it was to small and I had to return it to Ireland. The cost with customs etc was £25 !
I would order the bigger size but the website states it's a 16/18. If it's too big then that would be £50 to return both and I have nothing to show.
Because of this I won't be ordering again.”

“Sweater ordered on 17/12/24 to arrive on time for Christmas. I live in NI, so order was FedExed. It arrived on 30 December, too late to gift. Aran Sweater itself is a beautiful item, exactly like the photo. Very pleased with the item, but not with the delivery. Is it Brexit? Item was sent to a central distribution hub in Britain, stuck there for over a week, before being shipped back to NI. Makes no sense. Wouldn’t put me off buying again, but customers should be warned that shipping estimate might not be accurate”
“Really nice jumper. Well made. Very warm. I would advise on checking the sizing carefully. I'm a medium and ordered a medium but I feel it's a bit baggy in the body although the arms are the right length. I would get a small in the next one I order to see if fits better.”

“Very disappoointed with the performance of FedEx delivery. Their website said I could alter the delivery day, suggested on the website, but this was not possible despite hours of trying, System did not work. No humans to talk to to, just 2 sorts of robots, the second of whom refused to talk to me as I was not an 'Account holder'. Just a customer awaiting a parcel. Review to FedEx not responded to. Attitude was cavalier and insulting.”
“I purchased two sweaters for my adult daughter. They are very beautiful and the right size. The button down sweater has a piece of wool that is snagged and sticking through, but we should be able to pull it through to the inside. Just surprised this was not caught during your quality control inspection given the high cost of your products.”

“I ordered 2 pullovers. One fitted perfectly, but the other was a little bigger, (I'd ordered a 16 in both). The reason I think is that the one was a much looser knit, so I am a bit worried if it will get even bigger when washed. However I loved, and kept, them both. They're good quality. “Overall the products seem nice, but the hat I ordered is 20% polyester. I expected it to be 100% wool. And I think the yarn itself was made in China. Also, the FedEx shipping is not the best.”
