“The material and sweaters are really beautiful. However, the sweaters were too small even though I followed the sizing. Returning or exchanging costs 35€ which is basically half the price of a sweater and it’s unfortunately too much. I would have liked to exchange them for a bigger size as they were beautiful but I will not risk again losing 35€.”

“Pullover was a size smaller than labelled. Very disappointing as we then had to spend £25 returning it. Would have very much liked pullover if it had been the correct sizing but with the cost of returns so high we will not buy from you again.”
“Nice warm cardigan. Somewhat heavy but well wearable. One thing I did not like so much is the rather careless sewing together of the parts at the collar. Not only is the mistake visible but it could become a breaking point on the long run. Some touch-up will be necessary to prevent damage.”

“I ordered three sweaters for my family to wear during the holidays and for family photos. They look really well knit and high quality. I know it’s real wool and I have other real wool pieces, but holy cow (or sheep I should say), these sweaters are really rough and smell like a farm. I feel bad even gifting them because the stench is so strong. I really wish they were softer and pre washed.”
“Unfortunately my experience wasn't the best. The jumper is beautiful and the yarn has a beautiful slight variation to it. It's beautifully knitted, how've the merino of this jumper is a lot scratchier than I expected. The size also runs small (I checked the measurements online and ordered according to that, I even sized up just to be sure). It fits me but just. The neck comes higher than I expected and it's too close to my skin, unfortunately I can't stand the texture. I was going to return the item but at a cost of £25 to return I decided to try and resell it. I should add that I ordered from England.”

We are sorry that your jumper didn't meet your expectations - if the jumper is much smaller than the measurements provided then we'd be happy to assist you via email if you still have the jumper and it is unworn. For general returns from the UK we do offer a return option that's integrated with customs for £25 or we can provide a commercial invoice if you wish to go with your own courier but we did create this option with our courier to help prevent parcels being held up in customs or sent back to the customer. It is a lovely colour but if you are looking for a softer option, our Supersoft merino is buttery soft and typically a great option for those that find standard merino wool too textured. We do offer handknit items if you are looking for a more premium knit jumper, but our worsted wool and merino wool aran knits would be a medium weight yarn, designed to be worn layered. The style of the sweater you purchased was designed as more of an all-season knit jumper designed for layering, but was made with a medium weight yarn, though we do offer other sweaters with a tighter knit gauge (more wool used in production of the garment). We are happy to assist you if you would like to return your unworn sweater and reorder a thicker knit, if preferred!

“Great service and prompt delivery. The jumper is stunning.
The only problem I have is the sizing. I’m 180cm tall and the size medium, while fitting my shoulders excellently, ends at my thighs and looks like a dress when I wear it. I’ve resorted to rolling the bottom up for the time being.
I appreciate the expensive returns are to keep costs down for customers on average, but it does mean I will have to alter this jumper so it fits me reasonably.
Overall, a positive experience, but I would strongly recommend those looking to order to consider the fact these jumpers run large.
Worthy of note also is that the knit is very loose, making the jumper lightweight, soft and breathable. Not my cup of tea 100%, as I expected something more hardy and robust, but I suppose I’ll live with it.”

“the sweater is beautiful, but the sizing chart was not accurate, and the description as a womens sweater was not correct, this is a unisex sweater, so this small sweater is huge, way too big and so not really wearable, but being in the states makes it way too expensive to return. Now looking for a site that has better return help, really wanted an Irish wool sweater!!”

“Sizing is very much on the small side. I ordered 3 jumpers all of which turned out to be too short in the arms. Returns are not straight forward if you live outside Ireland and are at your own cost, so I would advise checking measurements carefully to make sure you get the correct size. I should have emailed to query the arm length before placing an order.”
