No emails or communication to say there were any stock or supply issues.
Tracking into said label printed on 28th November and awaiting item but no movement.
Contract them on 13th December and they said they would raise a new order.
By 18th no new order confirmation or tracking information.
Told them to cancel my order for a refund.
So far from satisfied.
Emails I did receive were apologetic and pleasant but did not explain the issue or give new tracking information.
I will not order from here again.”

FedEx managed to deliver it to the wrong address (wich is kind of amazing in 2024 when you actually give the right address ) and since delayed the delivery 7 times to this day.
