“We had a very friendly and thorough sales person Paul Bond come to our house and I was able to test out whether the aqua lift would be suitable for me. I felt that there was no pressure and it was all very relaxed. The installer was polite and professional and I am very happy with the service that we received.”

“We had a bath lift fitted today. They rang ahead of time to let us know when they were arriving. Both guys Ian and Dean were really lovely. They made sure that everything was left clean and tidy and bath lift was explained in detail on how to use. Wish all workmen were as lovely and polite as these two guys were. Great experience all round.”

“Works great my wife can now have a bath without worrying about getting out again, she has circulation problems and sometimes only a bath can heat her up. Unfortunately she had difficulty getting out again the lift gives her independence back.”

“The team were over an hour late arriving here because of scheduling problems at your end, meaning I was only just able to make a hospital appointment after that, in time. Ian and Andy did a very neat job fixing the bath lift and cleared up well afterwards. They also gave me a very clear explanation of how to use it, safety aspects and charging etc. I’m very pleased with it though haven’t tried it yet. Order number 20SWQ05610”

“My husband & I are delighted with ours. Both of us are elderly but still able to put our legs over to get in bath but could not stand up unaided. Now we just sit on the seat and the bath lift takes us down and then up when bathed!”
