“Ian & Brad arrived yesterday after phoning me to let me know they were coming .They fitted the bath lift in no time with very little noise and no mess .Ian then gave me comprehensive instructions on all aspects of the bath lift's operation .Very pleased with the whole experience .”

“Stuart and Martin arrived on time and were very friendly and professional. They explained the removal of the old unit and confirmed the new unit location and operation. Upon completion they removed the old unit and cleaned up. Very satisfied with the team and good value for money.”

“Very friendly installation team , Stuart, Neil and Dean. Fitted with care and no mess in bathroom and only took them about an hour to fit. Once fitted explained everything to me and gave me a demonstration. Very happy with the whole process.”

“Order no. 20SWQ05839 Had ours installed today by Ian and Dan, great guys, friendly and know their job! Took great care with our bathroom, cleaned up after themselves, they explained everything to us and a demo how to use!! Also went through the user's manual aswell, I cannot wait to have a bath later!! Thank you guys all for qwick service from beguining to end and all done in a week from demonstration from Mark last week to fitting today, which only took 1 hour to install! Thank you so much!”

“Excellent customer service. Home demonstration very thorough and arranged very soon after our initial call. Was pleased that the demonstrator was keen to ensure that having an Aqualift was the right option. Delivery and installation carried out brilliantly by Stuart, Neil and Dean. Very friendly, helpful and efficient with a good further demonstration of how to use the Aqualift, and all questions answered thoroughly. No mess left after the installation either! Have not yet used the lift but I feel that it provides excellent value for money, even though it is a fairly expensive item.”

“This was fitted expertly to my quite deep bath. Matt H and Simon L had to deal with underfloor heating and thick glass tiles around the bath. They did a super job and It is a boon for me and I am now enjoying the joy of a deep warm bath.”
