“I've used Local Printer for a few years and they are always reliable and professional. The print quality is very good. The only problem I ever have, are the delivery companies that they use. My orders frequently go to neighbours even though I'm in all day or even worse get left under the trees at the bottom of my garden regardless of weather. When an order is worth a lot of money and should be signed for, these delivery companies are not doing their job and in the past my orders have arrived in damaged wet boxes causing creasing to the contents inside.”

“Very pleased. Very good quality - arrived quickly, staff very helpful. Only thing was that I had to find cello packaging elsewhere. They sent me a design template to work from after I asked which was helpful. Would use again. Love the way that I can get 10 or more designs under the same order and pleased with the price.”

“Latest order was generally up to ALPs usual standard. One card seemed a touch dull but I am fairly certain it was a fault of the image file I supplied and had nothing to do with their production process.”

“Good quality tags delivered quickly. I ordered kraft swing tags and also folded swing tags and they are both beautifully printed and were nicely packaged. The only thing I would say is it would have been good to have been updated when the shipping would be. I was also expecting the drill hole to be top left but it was top centre, which was still fine as we allowed room in the design. Overall, really good labels and I love that they're recycled. Will be ordering again!”

“Printing came fast and with great quality, some stumbling on the communication when I had to change the print before confirming the proof but was handled well and got sorted in the end. Will defiantly use again!”

“I had to call to check a couple of details before I placed my order. My queries were answered quickly and my order was delivered very fast - well within the times indicated on the website. Good quality print, will definitely use again. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 is because of a little confusion over postage costs to NI and this was a little high.”

“A good service - provided my own artwork (yikes) and ordered on line. Pleased with product (business cards), printed on Eco card with a little logo that tells your customer (by choice). A local service to me, therefore supporting local employment and reducing delivery miles which is important to the conscious consumer. Could improve communications- minor point, but would save time. Thanks.”

“The service has been excellent every step of the way, but there were a couple of (quickly resolved) issues with the actual deliveries. The quality of the personalised greeting cards delivered were exemplary, however they arrived without envelopes which were included in the order. I received a reply to my email questioning this within 2 hours of sending it which stated that envelopes would be sent out that day, within another 4 hours I had received further contact detailing the delivery for the envelopes. Unfortunately this second delivery was of envelopes of the wrong size, however another very speedily replied to email ensured that I received a second set of fitting envelopes the following day! The previously received envelopes I could "either keep or recycle". I have since also received a whole bunch of free loyalty points for any inconvenience. Absolutely excellent customer service, I wish every Internet based company responded and delivered as quickly when easy mistakes are made. However they should probably revise their quality control policy for what's included in deliveries! I will definitely be using this service again when in need of stationary or printing.”

“alocalprinter.com provided me with a set of perforated card, and the whole process was very efficient and professional. I was slightly concerned that I was being charged too much, as I'd previously bought the product for significantly less, but couldn't find anywhere else to beat the price this time. However, the card is of a much higher standard than I expected, and as a bonus they provided me with more than I ordered. I'm very happy with the service, and hope that they are still around when I come to re-ordere.”
