“Very poor service”

We are very sorry to see your negative review. We have investigated your case and can see there was a delay whilst in contact with the suppliers for your part. In future, we will be reviewing our procedures for these circumstances and hope to formulate a new plan that will prevent this delay happening again. We can only apologise for the trouble that this caused and aim to stop this from occurring again.

“Although the part ordered was the correct one a fair price the delivery was awful. Found it thrown over the fence into the garden the day after it was supposedly left with a neighbour, although not the companies fault it reflects on them.”

“As a plumbers merchant we rely on our suppliers to fulfil customer orders on time and in full so that we might also be able to provide the level service that is expected of us and Advanced Water are a shining example in all areas. The website is simple to use and easy to navigate and I find it essential in helping me identify and replace parts for my customers. Although when I'm unsure what I might need I can call with an enquiry and they're always happy to speak with me and eager to help; their technical knowledge is second to none! On top of that, all of our orders to date have been received on or before our required delivery day - allowing my customer to get their heating back on as soon as possible. Advanced Water set the standard for others to follow and I would recommend everyone give them a try.”
