“Ordered replacement 'o' rings for a Heatrae Sadia water heater. The part number ordered was from the appliance's instruction book, but the new ones were a different diameter and thickness so did not fit! I'm unsure whether this was the wrong item sent out or a change of spec by Heatrae Sadia........ On the plus side, delivery was very quick”

“The hot water provision at a community venue kitchen failed due to the existing expansion tank rusting through. The installation is 'old', I wasn't sure that it could be fixed and recommissioned. I found the exact Zilmet expansion tank at a fair price at the Advanced Water Company. Ordered, delivered, fitted and recommissioned in four days. Very pleased with cost, delivery and overall experience.”
