“Clients shower pump was working, somewhat erratically due to worn mini pressure vessels. Manufacturer told me pump was old and it should be replaced. Course they did! Found the original vessels were made by Advanced Water for ordered and fitted replacements. It's working like new. Save client hundreds on a new pump”

“Well done Advanced Water Company!!!! Your customer service is exemplary. It's rare these days to find a company who's staff provides such a first-class service. From my initial enquiry to me placing my order, the technical staff were brilliant. “I paid for next day delivery before 10.30am. In all fairness it was Thursday before Good Friday, however I didn’t receive the parts until Tuesday at 9.20am!”

We are sorry that you were not satisfied with the delivery of your recent order. Sadly, our standard next day delivery option includes working days only, which is why we offer a separate weekend delivery outside of bank holidays. As you mentioned, both the Friday and Monday following your order were bank holidays, thus your delivery arrived on the Tuesday, pre 10:30am. We are sorry that this didn't meet your expectations, but should you need any further advice on our delivery options, we have a dedicated 'Delivery & Returns' page on our website.
