“Excellent service from this Pershore, Worcestershire based business for a new / replacement Varem expansion vessel for my heating / hot water system at home I sent an email mid morning today to Advanced water company to ask for help / if they have stock / replacement part Auto email straight back ... so I knew my enquiry had landed their end (always a good facility to have in a business IT / email systems ) Quotation arrived by email 2 hours later . Just spoken on the phone to James in their office , He took payment over the phone and assured me the item was in stock and would be with me in Devon tomorrow via DPD . If I could give more than 5 stars rating I would 😁👌👍 Thank you for the friendly / personal service James and Edison in your company have given to me today Keep up the good work in my mother land ! kind regards from a Worcestershire Lad who has slipped South to the end of the M5 !”

“Very prompt delivery. Tiny hole in otherwise intact packaging through which the temperature probe was protruding. Contacted company (with photos) before unwrapping because I was concerned about possible damage. Opened while on the phone and confirmed no damage to the contents. Company apologised and refunded delivery fee. Problem arose because the lid on the smaller box inside was not taped shut, and so although the box itself was undamaged, the valve had fallen part way out of it and managed to bypass the copious bubble wrap to penetrate the outer box. Unfortunate, but easily avoided with just a little more sticky tape!”

“Very professional company fast delivery and the PRV worked perfectly price was a bit high considering alternatives on the market were half the price but for compatibility with an existing system. Sometimes you have to pay a premium”

“Amazing assistance from Advanced Water Company. Jim & Lewis looked after me very well and gave expert advice. I first contacted them via their online chat which was easy to use. “My plumber was told by his suppliers that this was an obsolete device and would need to replace it with a newer one - which would entail re-plumbing of my system. One phone call to Advanced Water confirmed that it was a new device and that they had them in stock. It arrived next day and I put it in myself saving a fortune. Thank you Advanced...”

“Unfortunately the items were delivered to the incorrect place (which fine, was my error) but I have had no help or assistance in retrieving the items so am going to be forced to re-order them, which I think is very poor. The aftercare has basically been - "your mistake - your problem - nothing to do with us"”
