“Being honest I was having difficulty contacting various stores who when I did, they did not have the time to speak to me so I rang customer services and spoke to a lovely gentleman called Matt who helped me hugely in getting the tile and amount that I needed and has happily done it a second time with more to come. I work for investors and sourcing and amount is difficult but Matt saved the day....twice now. Thank you Matt!”
“Very pleased with the Arabella Victorian tile effect laminate. It was easy to fit and looks great. Managed to get a flash sale discount. My only criticism is about the delivery, it was very vague and said '5 to 7 working days'. There was no communication about which day it would be delivered and luckily I was in when it arrived.”

“My previous review stated the tiles were good, they were. However my gripe is that when I informed the salesman that I wanted 6 metres he rang up at least another metre on the till without informing me.The tiles were over £42 a metre so the additions that I did not ask for were expensive. Had I not been mathematically aware I might have paid the extra. @
'They are for breakages etc'. I was informed. They may say 'its ok, you can bring the rest back' but I might not want to drive all the way back to the tile shop to get a refund. I wrote to head office to question this sales technique but have heard nothing back so I have written this review to warn you of this dodgy sales technique!”
“The staff in Ormskirk were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately one box of tiles were broken on delivery to the store. We collected the tiles available and waited for a replacement. The replacement box was delivered to the wrong store causing further delay. When it eventually arrived over a week later 2 tiles were broken. Another week has passed and we still haven’t received the rest of the order. This is very poor customer service.”
“he tiles we bought were good but the service we got from Tile Giant Leamington was very poor.
We bought £460 worth of tiles but due to Covid the tiler was delayed in coming to fit them by 8 weeks. so by the time we discovered that we had over ordered we were beyond the 30 day Tile Giant return limit.
We approached both the store manager and customer services all to no avail. In these difficult Covid times when everybody is trying hard to work around problems it would have been good for Tile Giant Leamington to show some flexibility and refund us for the unopened boxes that we wanted to return.
To add insult to injury we bought £170 of other tiles from the same store before we realised we needed to return some!
As good customers it would have been nice if they had been able to show some flexibility.
Very disappointed in the store manager's attitude.
