“The staff in Ormskirk were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately one box of tiles were broken on delivery to the store. We collected the tiles available and waited for a replacement. The replacement box was delivered to the wrong store causing further delay. When it eventually arrived over a week later 2 tiles were broken. Another week has passed and we still haven’t received the rest of the order. This is very poor customer service.”
“he tiles we bought were good but the service we got from Tile Giant Leamington was very poor.
We bought £460 worth of tiles but due to Covid the tiler was delayed in coming to fit them by 8 weeks. so by the time we discovered that we had over ordered we were beyond the 30 day Tile Giant return limit.
We approached both the store manager and customer services all to no avail. In these difficult Covid times when everybody is trying hard to work around problems it would have been good for Tile Giant Leamington to show some flexibility and refund us for the unopened boxes that we wanted to return.
To add insult to injury we bought £170 of other tiles from the same store before we realised we needed to return some!
As good customers it would have been nice if they had been able to show some flexibility.
Very disappointed in the store manager's attitude.
If you can -go elsewhere.”
