“I am happy with my purchase but my otder got delayed because of the strike in Canada and I lost the opportunity of a wider selection of coins. Also, I find it difficult to buy piece at a higher price since my bank would not allow me to spend a large amount on my credit card.”

Line we’re very helpful and we have no complaints about them . They couldn’t have been more helpful. However , making the purchase would have been soooo much easier if we could have done it with one phone call , but our purchase , sadly could only be done on line which we found very complicated.”
“When I ordered this item I was informed that despatch was expected in 4 - 6 weeks. This was OK as I was going to be on holiday during some of the interim. However 2 weeks later order I was informed by email that my order was ready for despatch. This resulted in Royal Mail making 5 attempts to deliver the item before my request to hold it until my return from holiday was acknowledged (not Royal Mint's fault I know, but frustrating non the less). I previously dealt with Sandra as my personal advisor, and she would have contacted me proactively about the change in despatch date. Since her departure I have not had contact with an equivalent member of staff.
When I finally received the item I was very pleased with it. However I was disappointed in its presentation. When I have purchased previous 'high value' items the presentation has been exceptional, both in the display case and packaging used and in the accompanying literature To receive the item in a basis plastic case with no further information was less than I expected.”
“The item ordered was delivered fairly swiftly. Some other items I had to wait a long time. It's a pity that long term collectors such as myself (since 1984) can be spared the tiny amount of postage as a good will gesture.”

It's a great improvement that the entire order has now been grouped into a single shipment to avoid double-spending at Customs. The only negative aspect to note is the significant price increase on some collections. A loyalty program with bonuses or discounts for regular customers would be desirable.”
“We had a brilliant visit, our guide was very knowledgeable and the tour was a great insight. The only criticism we have was with the afternoon tea which we booked following the tour, where they served my partner tuna sandwiches after we requested a vegetarian option! Overall a lovely day though and we would definitely return!”
