“The RM offers an attractive and well-designed site which is clear and responsive for the investor. The dashboard is well thought-through and the overall investor service is good. The premium one pays for RM gold over and above the spot price is high, so would-be investors should satisfy themselves that they need the blue chip offer the RM makes. Other improvements could be made in the speed with which uninvested funds are returned to the investor; and in the availablity of the chat function, which seems to be intermittent.”

“The website is a nightmare! Trying to find all the coins that are FREE, is difficult, unless it just pops up! Trying to place the order is the next hurdle. It freezes, spins, stops so you press it again, then end up with multiple orders!
Other than that, Royal Mint is a trustworthy company that sells quality coins.
I also don't like being called to buy the rest of the set, or any other set! If I wanted it, I would order it!
