“Sending a parcel out, containing over ten thousand pounds worth of coins in it, using a standard delivery company. Then clearly printing, in large font, from the Royal Mint, is complete madness. Have you seen some of the delivery drivers out there? I don't wish anyone to know the contents of any delivery I receive.”

The order was placed on 17 February 2026, and after a long delay, the shipment was returned by Royal Mail due to being classified as “suspected prohibited goods”. This indicates that an inappropriate shipping method may have been used for bullion.
As a result, the delivery has been significantly delayed, and the issue could likely have been avoided.
I would appreciate more reliable shipping methods for international bullion orders in the future.”

I placed my order 19.02.26 for a number of items and nearly 90% of the value was immediately billed to my card, the balance followed onto the card a few days later. I therefore expected the majority to be delivered soon after but was surprised when a single coin representing the second billed amount arrived. I still await the balance of my order which represents the majority of the cost.”
