“This product is easy to prepare and is tasty. I bought the starter pack then got some porridge. I alienate between the porrage and having a smoothie. I only have one photo of the porridge as I have finished my smoothies. I enjoyed all the flavours and if you have the corresponding flavour like banana, or strawberry and so on with the fruit and blend it all up together it makes the most delicious food replacement meal. Even the flavour free one works especially with a smoothie that has a strong flavor like a green smoothie, this will just add to the extra goodness you need and extra body to your smoothie. “Really pleased with the variety of flavours available. I have subscribed to the individual bags as I like to try different flavours. It's easy to adjust the subscription delivery date and flavours. I tend to make muffins (just add an egg and bake in the air fryer) or pancakes (add an egg, a bit of water and a Tbsp of flour or almond flour) as I struggle with yoghurt, oats and milk. The amount of whey in this is tolerable for me so I'm delighted to find a protein powder, which includes fibre, that I can use.”
