“The quality of the product is very good. I either have it as a shake, or with greek yoghurt, both with added fruit. My favourite flavours are pistachio and vanilla & macadamia. The only downside for me is that I started using this in the hope I would lose some weight. In the 3 months I've been using it, I've lost 2.5lbs,but that's it. My other meals are healthy, so im not sure what else to do.”

“I have no bathroom scales but I'm definitely losing weight. I've always had Linseed/pumpkin seeds, nuts and fruit in yoghurt. I use protein powder too.. But Purition has more and is healthier still.. I like the drink made with water and a dollop of yoghurt. I like the porridge/overnight oats but my favourite is in yoghurt with fruit.. I add fruit to it everytime..
I just do this as an opportunity to have more fruit. I find if I have it about 11am I need nothing but apple or a rice cracker until dinner.

“This has SAVED ME ! I had fatigue for 6 years and I'd had enough of feeling dead. I was existing, not living. A friend researched that protein would possibly help. Bloods showed sugars creeping up towards pre diabetes which I was surprised about. I cut right back on carbohydrates and sugars, which I didn't really have much of anyway.
