“I have one Puriton shake in the morning and one as a evening meal in both I add some fruit or veg just to bulk them up a little (even though just a straight serving is substantial) , I do this because I don't really eat much at lunch , maybe two or three slices of chicken breast , some spinach and a boiled egg , that had been more or less my entire diet for the last 5/6 weeks , I'm on a large calorie deficit and my weight loss has been slow and steady , I can't give exact figures because I don't weigh myself but I have definitely lost 2/3 inches from my waist and about an inch from my neck (collar size) , family and friends have commented positively and I feel so much better for it , Puriton has made all this possible , I couldn't of done it without it , still a way to go but I'm determined to push on and get to where I want to be.

“I lost 3 stone that I gained following major surgery by using puriton for breakfast and giving up carbs. I am still using it for a healthy breakfast or lunch when I’m in a hurry or when healthy options are not available. My favourite flavours are blackcurrant, cherry Bakewell and orange and almond.
