I have it mixed with lactose free greek yogurt for breakfast. It adds flavour to the yoghurt without too much sugar and more nutrients than fruit and honey. I no longer feel hungry mid morning and even eat less for lunch than I used to.

“I use Purition for my breakfasts and tried the keto bars. Although they are quite pleasant I have to say they are no good for cycling days out as they melt and squash in the heat. Really you need a spoon to eat them with. I need to continue to look for bars to replace the bars I used to use, which are now unavailable”
