Puriton are natural with no artificial sweetness which dont give you those hunger spikes. I can go until dinner without snacking with these shakes. I like the texture of these shakes too it makes them more substantial. Finally a company that's addressing the ultra processed dilemma we have with most of those so called healthy foods. “The quality of the product is very good. I either have it as a shake, or with greek yoghurt, both with added fruit. My favourite flavours are pistachio and vanilla & macadamia. The only downside for me is that I started using this in the hope I would lose some weight. In the 3 months I've been using it, I've lost 2.5lbs,but that's it. My other meals are healthy, so im not sure what else to do.”
