“My favourite use has become with 120g 5% fat natural yogurt, half a chopped banana and a handful of blueberries (fresh or defrosted) - makes a great breakfast and keeps me going all morning (though I may have a piece of fruit along the way). I haven't actually lost any weight but I feel well and 'healthy' six weeks or so in.”
“I have been using this great product for many years. You can really taste the goodness which I love, and super easy to blend into a tasty shake especially when you’re short on time. It has a slight texture to it but not off putting in anyway.
My favourite flavour is coffee and walnut, highly recommend a try.”

“I enjoy the shakes as they feel less artificial than some others on the market. They are easy to make up, I use almond milk and then add a bit of water and that works week. They’re also good as a basis for adding extras in to bulk out the shake. One thing though, I preferred the previous packaging as it was easier to recycle.”

“I had hoped that after using it as directed for more tham three weeks that I would have lost some weight, but not even an ounce. I am so disappointed. I do, however, feel better for it, but once these two latest bags are gone I am afraid I wont be re-ordering. It clearly doesnt work for me, sorry.”
