I am going to use puriton to reduce my acid reflux symptoms as any bulky food after 4pm has me up all night suffering. I will report back as I’m sure others could benefit from using the product to reduce this painful condition. I eat my main meal at midday so will start by using a shake for breakfast and tea until I find my happy medium.
A note…the slightly rough texture is good for me as I’m chomping the last in my glass with a spoon!”

The taste is amazing and not too sweet. Some people may find the texture a little too grainy, but, I just "blitz" mine a little longer, to make it smoother. I like that you can see what you are getting, seeds etc and no artificial "nasties"!”
