“I started purition approximately 2 weeks ago and have been having it for breakfast every morning. It's very easy to mix with yoghurt and I add fruit. It keeps me full until lunchtime so no mid morning biscuits.
It's not sweet at all but still enjoyable. The only criticism I would have is that some flavours are bland so it's not easy to know what flavour it is without looking at the packet. That being said I still enjoy purition and would recommend it.”

“I've been buying your European Whey Protein packs for a few months now. At 65 I need extra protein plus I use this to help regulate my weight as well! Basically, I mix 25g with water in a bowl and add porridge (made with water) plus fruit and/or nuts and a dollop of Greek full fat yoghurt and some honey. I eat this for breakfast and need nothing other than a piece of fruit and water (or tea) until teatime! Result: I feel full, healthier and loose around 1/2lbs a week if I'm careful with dinner (not too many puddings and a big redcution in processed foods)! Have lost around 18lbs and feel good. A natural way to improve your weight and give yourself an extra boost at the same time . PS I always also buy your hot chocolate mix too (made with full fat milk). No need for sugar and its really tasty - unusual but pleasantly addictive. Drink this before bed and find it soothing, so sleep well.”

“This fills me up until lunch time I tried a variety of flavours to start with but have settled on almond being my favourite and I’m now on my third order I wanted to have mine in a shake but was finding it a bit bitty after blending so now put 40g of banana in which just gives it a nice texture but doesn’t affect the almond flavour rest of the banana can go in fridge in peeled for next day or freezer.”
