“Purition is an easy and convenient way of hitting protein and fibre goals. As someone in perimenopause, my focus has shifted to high protein, high fibre and low sugar foods - purition hits this goal! It’s made with wholefoods so I know it’s providing lots of healthy nutrition, and in addition it can be used in lots of ways!
My favourite ways to use are either mixed with greek yogurt and topped with fruit and nut butter, or as a flour alternative in pancakes! The almond flavour is particularly nice as a general all rounder, but I’ve loved all the flavours I’ve tried!
I’ve also tried the instant porridge sachets which are so quick and easy on a colder day topped with fruit.

and versatility of the different flavours.Often add different types of fruit whilst blending and am now toying with adding no added suger peanut butter for a change.As a type 2 diabetic sliding into remission this has contributed to my weight loss journey along with a calorie and carb controlled diet.The chocolate type flavours are also nice with an small addition of unsweetened cocoa powder and some orange zest.”
