“As someone with coeliac, IBS, soy intolerance and oat intolerance (yes, I have tried gluten free oats), and someone who is very active and and does strength training, I didn’t think I’d be able to find a product that would work for me. But Purition is that, and it is actually nice - more than that, it isn’t ultra processed like some others. My favourite is the plain sunflower seed protein, which tastes exactly like sunflower seeds. Which shouldn’t be surprising (because it is made of sunflower seeds) - but after trying so many other alternatives, of which the taste and texture are varying intensities of dust, it is.”
