“Love the taste and texture I know it's not for everyone but I feel the texture adds to the fullness I feel after drinking or adding to yogurt, that's the way I have it. Tried the individual flavours first to see which I preferred and I have to say I liked all the ones I chose. Have now bought a couple of the large bags and am using them to help me loose a little extra weight I am carrying and at present they are helping, have tried other shakes before but didn't really keep the hunger at bay , these I do feel fuller for longer. Definitely recommend if you don't mind the grittyness, but that's what helps to keep you feeling satisfied.”

“I eat this warm like a porridge for lunch, I find it helps avoid the afternoon slump I would have if I’d had a carb laden lunch. I got the variety box to try and I’m glad I did as I found some flavours too sweet as I’m not a fan of steviol so this helped me find my favourite without spending a lot of money on a large bag I wouldn’t like. The keto bars are good too but I only ever eat half a bar.”

“Tried taster pack, I’ve enjoyed each of the flavours. I tried mixing with Greek yogurt, too much for me. Enjoy better as a drink, which is a surprise as don’t like milkshakes. There is lots of bits giving a little texture. The flavours are strong enough. Not over powering or too sweet.
I’ve ordered more flavours and bought large banana my favourite so far.”
