“Purition is not like any other meal replacement I’ve tried. Unless you use a blender it is not smooth but I really don’t mind that. I blend when I can but otherwise use a shaker. The shakes fill me up and I feel good on them, no unwanted side effects which I’ve experienced with other meal replacements. A great, natural option.”
