Weāve since refunded the duplicate order in full, confirmed there was no need to return the extra items, and paused the subscription as requested. Weāre also reviewing what caused the duplicate order so it doesnāt happen again.

We each have a helping with yogurt at about 10.30 as breakfast and it keeps us going āpang freeā until a well balanced normal supper at around 6.
