“I love Purition. I have a shake for breakfast and one of the new soups with my lunch (salad). It keeps my weight healthy. I like the chocolate and hazelnut nust of the shakes. Unlike other brands it has a nutty texture which feels more like food than a milk shake. The soups are quite spicy (though I have one more to try).”

The box of small sachets is great for testing out the different flavours and also offers the opportunity to keep a few in my bag if I am out for a couple of days. The large bags are a good cost efficient way to buy 3 or 4 of my favourite flavours . The shakes are all neutral in colour which psychologically makes me believe they are not stuffed with chemicals. Personally I love the grains in the texture. Add zero sugar almond milk, dollop of Greek yoghurt & a few blueberries blitzed is a fantastic thing.”
