“The first one i sampled was coffee and walnut in a milk shake. The texture was different due to tiny amounts of ground nuts and seeds and the taste was nutty and I like nuts and seeds. I found coconut was for my favourite and got used to the texture too. I feel full for some time after drinking them and are quick and easy when on the go.
