“I really love this product. I usually buy a big bag of the cocoa flavour and the mixed berry flavour and then a bunch of little ones in different flavours. I usually have it for breakfast with oats, milk and fruit - it's tasty and filling, and keeps me going until lunchtime. It's also helped me greatly increase my intake of nuts and seeds in a really easy way. Also great as a post-workout nutritious snack.”
