“I purchased purition to try and curb a bad eating habit I had picked up… skipping a meal at work from being too busy! I was either eating crisps/ biscuits to satisfy my hunger then snacking when got home to get me through to tea time. Purition has been perfect for me, I have one at lunch time while working and it keeps me full until tea time with no snacking in between! There’s a wide selection of flavours to choose from (cherry Bakewell and mixed berries are my favourite!), the ingredients are clean with a low sugar content, a bag lasts a while so it’s good value for money. Iv seen some people comment on there not being a measuring cup/spoon with the bags, to me this is a good thing as you can get your own reusable one at home which is better for the environment.”
“A friend recommended this company as she had been using them, I had always used Herbalife protein shakes which I had at breakfast on weekdays, more for convenience than anything else, my PT suggested trying a different protein shake with more protein in, this was ok at the beginning but the artificial sweetness started to make me feel sick so I decided to try purition, so far so good, it doesn’t have a overly artificial sweet taste so I am enjoying the flavours and not feeling sick, it keeps me full and I had a variety pack to start to try different flavours and it surprised me which were my favourites! “Purition is fantastic - you can stick it in a blender and have a meal in seconds that keeps you full until the next meal time. Recently I have been using it to make overnight oats. I mix 40g it with a handful of frozen berries ,40g of rolled porridge and 200ml of milk - stick it in the fridge and there’s a tasty breakfast or even lunch if you choose. My favourite flavours have been coconut , blueberry and apple and blackberry.
