“I’m really happy to have found Purition. I started on the vegan powders, which were fine, but when I read whey protein is low in lactose I thought I’d switch and i do find the regular powders nicer. I have always had bad stomach reactions to protein powders in the past and I assumed it was the lactose which is why I favoured vegan options, but now I think it is probably all the extra sweeteners and bulking agents found in them. In fact, with the regular Purition range I find my digestion and stomach issues are actually improved when compared to not having any protein powder in my diet.
They make a great breakfast smoothie, or sometimes I add to porridge when I fancy something more substantial.”
