“I did think when I ordered that this would turn out to be the usual- promised everything, delivered little. However, apart from being really tasty, I ordered the sachet selection and liked everyone! The thing I really enjoy is that they do what they say! I have one in a morning for breakfast, I add it to yoghurt and fruit and I am not hungry until mid afternoon. I like them that much I often have it for my tea as well !”

“Its really great that the delivery comes within a day or two because very often I have left re-ordering to the very last minute and could be facing a cupboard with no food. Puriton is full of nourishment and helps with calorie control but without resulting in constipation. These are 3 good reasons to invest in Puriton rather than other brands. I also note the sugar content is low and less than other brands. Mixing it with low calorie natural yogurt gives the opportunity for an alternative texture to that of a a liquid drink and I also like liquidising it with lots of ice and a bit of almond mix to make an ice cream version.

Predominantly I love the texture of the wholefood shakes as they have substance as well as flavour. The shakes are extremely versatile, as it's only your imagination that will hinder you!!
My favourite mid morning or evening snack is to make a layered bowl using oats, oat bran, home made fruit compote plus Greek yoghurt along with adding the Puriton shake amongst each layer. Top it off with almonds & honey!! Yummy 😋”
