“Really like the flavour choices and find them very filling. I blend them for the recommended time and it makes the shakes really creamy but a lot of the seeds still end up in the bottom of the drink so it needs a good shake part way through drinking.”

“I like the mild flavours. Vegan is better for me as I have to limit my dairy but both types taste nice (the vegan does have that slight pea like taste but I found after a week I didn’t notice it don’t longer). I do add a half a frozen banana or a few berries, a heaped teaspoon each of almond butter and a handful of spinach and blend it. On its own Purition tastes fine (it is a healthy product after all) but with a few extras it tastes lovely and is filling but not overly so.”
“Loving Puriton. I was a bit sceptical as I'm not a fan of nuts but ordered 14 samples to try it out and liked it so much I reordered. Still haven't decided on my favourite flavour so got the small ones again, though next time I may go for a large bag. Favourite flavours so far are vanilla and macadamia nuts, chocolate orange and strawberry. Really quick to prepare and stops me skipping breakfast when I'm short on time. I mix it with frozen fruits and oat milk for a smoothie. My only gripe is that on my second order, some of the sachets were coming open at the bottom so had to throw a few away. If this happens again I'll probably not get them again as they are quite expensive.”
“Love it! Fills me up till late afternoon, and my gut health is a lot better.. Been on it now for 7 days and it’s great! Wanted to lose weight, as menapausal, but to feel better too.. “Great product but could do with larger than 700 gram bags, also just recently I had to purchase 3 200 gram bags because they were out of stock ?, to be fair though puritan where kind enough to give me 25 % of 3 x 200 gram bags instead of my normal order, thing is though as somebody who takes their exercise and diet seriously I need a reliable service. “Only tried two flavours so far, the Cherry bakewell as a porridge with added fruit is lovely and kept me full till lunchtime. Had a strawberry shake as a quick lunch and although I enjoyed it, it didn’t fill me up for long.”
“I was looking for a protein shake that wasn't full of chemicals and this fits the bill. I was concerned as I have IBS but took the advice from the website and started on 20g every other day. There have been no issues so now I make the shakes with the 40g recommended. It keeps me full until lunchtime and has had a positive impact on my energy levels. My sugar cravings have dampened. So far my favourites have been the good old classic strawberry and also beetroot and chocolate. I've knocked off one star as it is expensive but you get what you pay for. I would recommend.”
“I’m eating my daily bowl of Purition as I write this review. I thoroughly enjoy it, I like to eat mine with plain yoghurt, some berries or chopped seasonal fruit, and a spoonful of hormone balancing tonic as I’m a lady of certain age. It fills me up for a good 3-4 hours. My only improvement would be an unsweetened version as I don’t feel it needs it. Other than that, I love it!”

“I like Purition as it tastes natural and doesn’t have added artificial sweeteners like some protein shakes. It has really helped me with increasing my physical fitness. Before I was finding I suffered from muscle fatigue and frequent injuries, so had to limit the amount of exercise I did. Now I am doing as much as I was ten years ago! Also, it’s a great easy meal for me when I’m on my way to work. I’m a true convert!!”
“Bought the multi nutrient vegan capsules, not sure if they are effective or not as that will take a while to show, however they absolutely stink the house out , I can’t believe the smell even placed in a plastic air tight container in my wardrobe, when I walk into the room I can smell them and it’s a horrible smell.”
