I was looking for a protein shake that wasn't full of chemicals and this fits the bill. I was concerned as I have IBS but took the advice from the website and started on 20g every other day. There have been no issues so now I make the shakes with the 40g recommended. It keeps me full until lunchtime and has had a positive impact on my energy levels. My sugar cravings have dampened. So far my favourites have been the good old classic strawberry and also beetroot and chocolate. I've knocked off one star as it is expensive but you get what you pay for. I would recommend.
