Love it! Fills me up till late afternoon, and my gut health is a lot better.. Been on it now for 7 days and it’s great! Wanted to lose weight, as menapausal, but to feel better too.. Not keen on the chocolate ones, a little bitter for me, but the others are fab, i mix berries with mine and milk and blitz. Would recommend x
