We’re very sorry that a duplicate subscription order was created and charged a day apart – that shouldn’t have happened.
We’ve since refunded the duplicate order in full, confirmed there was no need to return the extra items, and paused the subscription as requested. We’re also reviewing what caused the duplicate order so it doesn’t happen again.
