“Completed course but they removed my info from my profile so I cabnot access it and grade on one course reads 70 instead of 100. No response to my emails. As a matter of fact the only thing they fo well iz selling courses, internships etc. But then no one could be bothered dealing with your queries. Pathetic.”

“After having worked as a teacher for 2 years I gained some practical experience. But what I lacked was some theoretical background. This course was exactly what I needed. It helped me to structurise the knowledge that I had already had. It allowed me to look back at my teaching experience and understand what I did right and what I did wrong. The modules are provided with examples, videos and useful links. However, I'd like to see more examples and practical tips, e.g. exercises, games and other classroom activities.”

“Before joining any online TEFL/TESOL course, I did a lot of research and found out only Premier TEFL is the one offering 240-hours course in an affordable price. I registered myself for 240-hours TEFL course and completed in very short span of time. Overall, the course and material is great. The only suggestion is, it's more theoretical and bit lengthy too. They should add more practical examples so students like me don't get bore. In short, it was worth doing TEFL 240 hours from Premier TEFL”

“The online course is pretty interesting. However the customer service horrible. It takes about 6-9 voice messages/emails to get a response. The only exception is when you are about to sign up. Only then do they talk to you. Even live chat is bad. You have to ask the girl the same question about 2-3 times AFTER she has read the first message. I just hope the program is much better”

“After some reviewing I came to the conclusion that it had the best balance of content/price, I thought it would take me less to complete the 240-hour but kinda happy it hasn't, trying to make the most out of it.”

“This online course has taught me step by step how to handle a student and tools on how to prepare students. The process which included the enrollment and signing in was easy and helpful. The response to your emails is within 24 hours which was very important for me! Throughout the units, I had access to many other materials that were provided as an additional reference. The entire course was stimulating, yet some of the times challenging. Luckily, Premiere gives you every detail about the unit so that you can help yourself out with the tests. I look forward to starting this next adventure with the experience I gained from the Premiere TEFL certification program.”

“What I enjoyed most about this program was how accessible the Premier staff was if I had any questions or concerns. All of the modules were very helpful and I was able to go over them more than once before taking the quizzes. What sets Premier apart is how they strive to place you with a partner school and handle so many logistic concerns for you. A criticism I have is that the overall design and layout of the site could be improved. I would also recommend having practice teaching sessions a part of the standard curriculum rather than as an add on.”
