“I am very happy and satisfied with the whole experience. I had a very positive feeling about the whole thing since my very first contact with the Premier TEFL representatives/customer service (Miss Sandra Lane, in particular), and I must say that everything (the course, academic support, price, customer service, refunds, etc.) is perfectly planned, and brilliantly handled. The course itself is thoroughly planned and gives the learners all the information/training required to plan and give great English classes. Every time I contacted the customer/academic support about the process, course contents, refunds, etc., I got prompt responses and the whole experience was just... super smooth. I would like to congratulate and thank the entire PremierTEFL team for doing such a great job and for making me a better English teacher.”

“I’ve been very disappointed in the platform. I have to use 3 different devices most of the time to get things to work. It is extremely frustrating to say the least. 1 in 8 of the links lead to nowhere... Then I find out after I have purchased that I have to pay to get my certification. Again, disappointing is the word that sums it up.”
