“Took 9 days to receive order….. initial container of oil was damaged by the courier, but took 5 days to be informed that replacement was being sent out. Missed my home service booking as a result.”

As soon as FedEx notified us that the original parcel had been damaged in transit, we arranged for a replacement to be sent out straight away. “I paid extra for delivery on 7/4/26 and it arrived on 9/4/26, the car was booked in for service on 8/4/26. I want a refund of extra delivery that I paid.”
