“I ordered a Hella headlamp for my A3 2009 A3 Black Edition from Opie Oils. It arrived very promptly but unfortunately it was damaged in transit and also turned out to be the wrong one. I called Opie who were great. They arranged a return for the following day and despite the fact that a) the original Hella box was probably too small for the item, and b) I'd ordered the wrong lamp in the first place, tried to get me the correct one. They went the extra mile and used their contacts and data base to send me the correct OEM part number, which was very helpful They didn't charge me for the return that was collected by Royal Mail from my home the next day. Top work Opie Oils and Harry in particular for such brilliant (dare I say it) "old fashioned service.”
