“Excellent service - I mistakenly ordered an unsuitable oil, and Jack in sales quickly managed to intercept the consigment and arrange a refund. I then ordered the *right* oil and received it the following day. Highly recommended.”

“I needed some advice on changing the spec of my the oil in my car as it gets older, the chap I spoke to was very knowledgeable and spent a good amount of time of time on the phone to me, his advice was greatly appreciated. Fantastic advice, quick delivery and the oil was on sale as well, so I saved a few pounds. Thank you, I will definitely come back to you again.”

“The product was fine, but the shipping was terrible. The box was way too big, and both ends had come open because of it. The shipping price was excessive as well, as the product could have been shipped in a much smaller package.”

“The delivery arrived quickly. When I lifted the package I found that the bottom was open and the contents were left standing on the ground. The main cans were slightly damaged around the base flange, but not as badly as previously so that was an improvement. I will continue to purchase from you. The packaging seemed to be from Millers Oils and was not damaged, just not closed underneath. The damage was to the base flange of the two main cans, but no leaks.”
