“It used to be a pleasure to deal with this company. Last year they took my order then sent an offer of a furthur 5% off at the same time as the receipt. This year I made a small error and their attitude when I rang immediately was "well you can cancel the order and we will refund you". With customer service like this ...........”

“Always a 5* service from the team @ Opie Oils, called the team for advise on Castrol oils and this was then confirmed with the Castrol Oil look up tool - order was dispatched in time for the weekend service ;-)”

“Always exceptional prices and quality, the only issues lie with FedEx and their poor delivery options and tracking services. Offer to DPD or a courier that will deliver to a local collection point as FedEx does not allow this or the app never works or gives you an accurate delivery slot. It would improve customer satisfaction and reduce redelivery.”

“Love Opie. FedEx delivery service is poor, however. Big time windows and poor tracking. This time round both my Motul oil containers arrived dented and quite rusty on the outside. Haven't used them but don't expect any internal contamination. So 5* for Opie but knocked off 2 for the dents / rust and FedEx.”
