“Excellent service fast delivery and save me money on high street prices with high quality brands at much lower prices. Their advice on the relevant grade of oil is sometimes different to the handbook. But these guys know their trade and I've used them long time on specialist race engines with good results.”

“I have been an Opie customer for many years and have always been completely satisfied with your customer service. I am very disappointed in the way this order was handled in that there were several items missing from the first shipment which was delivered to the wrong address by Fedex which I know is out of your control. The re-sent order has now arrived but still the 'Opie Oils Air Freshener' is missing. I know it is a zero cost item but this demonstrates a lack of attention to detail which I would not have expected from Opie Oils, a previously excellent company.”

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the seperate packing issues. This is not upto our usual high standards. I have passed this onto our warhouse manager so we can avoid these problems happening in the future. Please contact our customer services team who will of course put this right.

“Opie oils go the extra mile, customer service is exceptional, communication is quick and honest. They respond quickly both on phone and by email, on this occasion they made a minor error which they rectified and in less than 20 mins a part was on the way to me. As a company they are constantly adapting and adjusting there processes to minimise errors, yea they made a minor mistake this time but dealt with it quickly, honestly and too my satisfaction can't ask for more. Thankyou. I have used them for several orders now very happy with speed of service and value, and more importantly the customer service.”

“Excellent, as always! This shop is the goto shop for me when talking about engine lubrication and stuff. Too bad the brexit happened :-) now it is a bit more expensive but still competitive prices and, most notably, availability and trust!”
