“Unfortunately, oil cans arrived very battered and other items ordered were short. A 20% refund was provided when I complained, but it has put me off using them in future. The packaging was not adequate, but for some reason the review options don’t allow me to select poor and only allow an average score, so I’m writing it here.”

Thanks for the review. We do apologise for the damage to your order. We have researched and designed special packaging for shipping metal tins as it takes a very small amount of force to damage them. Unfortunately on this occasion this was not used. For this I do apologise. I have passed this onto our warehouse manager to investigate and stop this happening in the future. I can see as soon as you got in touch with our customer services team they offered replacements or a partial refund. Once again we do apologise for the condition your order arrived in. This is not up to our usual high standards.
